We ordered from Wooloongabba (Brisbane) via Adrienne who was helpful with ordering and organising for our tiles to be transferred to our closest store, Lawton. The Lawton staff, Dom and the warehouse guy (sorry didn’t get his name), were outstanding. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating when we were coordinating picking up, and forklifting to our trailer.
Here’s a warm, genuine Google review that highlights Sam and Chantelle’s exceptional service and how they went above and beyond to help you.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service – Above and Beyond!
A huge thank you to store manager Sam and Chantelle for their outstanding customer service at MOORABBIN store.
Sam was incredibly helpful when we first visited the store to choose tiles for our bathroom, but today they truly went above and beyond!
We were purchasing tiles for our second bathroom renovation and discovered we had miscalculated and were three floor tiles short, with our tiler on-site waiting to finish the job.
One quick phone call and Sam and Chantelle sprang into action! They located additional tiles in the warehouse, set them aside for immediate collection and saved the day. When we realised we were still one tile short, they quickly came up with a clever solution, suggesting the same tile pattern in a different size that would work perfectly.
What could have been a very stressful and costly delay was resolved through their quick thinking, genuine care and willingness to help.
It’s not every day you experience this level of customer service. Sam and Chantelle didn’t just sell us tiles; they took ownership of our problem and made sure we had a solution.
Exceptional staff, exceptional service and a store I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you both for making what could have been a difficult day such a successful one. You are a credit to the business!
Had a great experience at National Tiles! The staff were really helpful, they had plenty of stock to choose from, and the prices and specials were great. Definitely recommend checking them out!
I want to extend a massive thank you to Victoria at National Tiles Moorabbin Airport for delivering absolute first-class service from start to finish.
Renovating can be overwhelming, and I must have requested countless changes to my project quote. Victoria handled every single revision with incredible patience, professionalism, and speed. Her technical knowledge and product advice were second to none—she made sure I stayed within the same Mapei product range throughout, ensuring the sub-surfaces, adhesives, grouts, and sealants chemically integrated seamlessly for a premium, trade-quality finish.
Beyond her technical guidance, Victoria was extremely proactive in securing very competitive pricing, price-matching products, and tracking down stock availability to ensure everything was locked in and ready for my trade timeline.
What makes her effort even more impressive is that she managed all of this flawlessly while working part-time hours.
If you are running a build or renovation project, go straight to Victoria at the Moorabbin Airport branch. Exceptional dedication, expert advice, and true customer-first service. Outstanding effort!
Very helpful staff with excellent product knowledge. Delivery was faultless - on time and the friendly driver put the stone exactly where we wanted it. All for an exceptional low price. Well done.
The guys at National Tiles Moorabbin Airport are exceptional! Started a home renovation 3 months ago without a clue. From the minute I walked in I was blown away by their knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm to help with our project. Sam, in particular, was a beacon of knowledge & advice. From recommending the most appropriate and cost effective tiles for our project and fulfilling all our delivery requests on time and on budget. When some issues evolved, Sam even offered to come out and resolve them on his day off. Wow! This blew us away! In the end, we were completely satisfied with the beautiful tiles we choose and the outstanding service we received. Thanks Sam! And thanks to the team at National Tiles Moorabbin Airport. Great buyer's experience! 10/10!
