We ordered from Wooloongabba (Brisbane) via Adrienne who was helpful with ordering and organising for our tiles to be transferred to our closest store, Lawton. The Lawton staff, Dom and the warehouse guy (sorry didn’t get his name), were outstanding. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating when we were coordinating picking up, and forklifting to our trailer.

When we realised we were still one tile short, they quickly came up with a clever solution, suggesting the same tile pattern in a different size that would work perfectly. What could have been a very stressful and costly delay was resolved through their quick thinking, genuine care and willingness to help. Good service but very much more expensive than other places in town

The guys at National Tiles Moorabbin Airport are exceptional! Started a home renovation 3 months ago without a clue. From the minute I walked in I was blown away by their knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm to help with our project. Sam, in particular, was a beacon of knowledge & advice. From recommending the most appropriate and cost effective tiles for our project and fulfilling all our delivery requests on time and on budget. When some issues evolved, Sam even offered to come out and resolve them on his day off. Wow! This blew us away!
