Online Standard Orders
All online standard orders have either a pallet delivery fee of $119 or a parcel delivery fee of $10.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and postcode.
Once you place your online order, you will receive an email notification or a phone call from one of our friendly customer service team members within 48 business hours to let you know the date that your order is scheduled for delivery.

Thermonet is an underfloor heating mat system that is designed to be installed directly beneath your tiles. Lifetime warranty. Twisted twin cable construction. The unique stress free cable construction creates a longer lasted heating cable with zero electromagnetic field. Fully self adhesive mesh speeds up installation by holding the thermonet matting to the substrate for easy self levelling and tile fixing. Heating cable protection. Thermonet is installed wire side down which means the heating cable is protected from damage during installation by the hard wearing mesh layer. Thermonet kits includes thermonet mat, programmable thermostat, floor temperature sensor, sensor conduit, cable monitor, installation guide with warranty form. Minimal height build up utilising innovative extrusion processes provides real lay flat technology that makes installing thermonet easy. The matting system is only 3.5mm thick with a low profile cold tail of only 4mm thick which is typically concealed within the tile adhesive layer.
