All online standard orders have either a pallet delivery fee of $149.95 or a parcel delivery fee of $10.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and postcode.
Once you place your online order, you will receive an email notification or a phone call from one of our friendly customer service team members within 48 business hours to let you know the date that your order is scheduled for delivery.

All orders incur a $149.95 Delivery Fee per pallet.
Large format panels or tiles >1200mm will incur additional fees.
Dispatch times: In-stock 1-3 days, Special orders up to 10 weeks.
Orders can be stored for 60 days free of charge.

Orders over 200sqm are subject to availability.
Pickup available for all online orders in Metro Stores.
Tile/flooring orders incur $29.95 transfer fee from warehouse to store.
Orders >20m² must be delivered or collected from a Distribution Centre.
