Online Standard Orders
All online standard orders have either a pallet delivery fee of $134.95 or a parcel delivery fee of $10.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and postcode.

- Indent, Clearance and As-Is items can’t be changed or cancelled once purchased.
Can I return my items?
Stocked items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

- Minimum return quantities apply (5m² or 3 boxes)
- A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns

Actual tile dimensions may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, so it’s important to consider the true size when planning grout lines, tile layouts, or patterns. This applies to all types of tiles, including ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and natural stone tiles.
Tile Batch Variation
Colour, shade, size, and texture can differ between tile batches. If you’re ordering additional tiles to match your existing ceramic or porcelain tiles, contact customerservice@nationaltiles.com.au to ensure your new tiles come from the same batch for a seamless finish. Batch variations are normal but can impact how tiles line up, so confirming the batch is essential for consistent results.

Tile samples are a guide to colour, shade, texture, and pattern. Finished floor and wall tiles may vary slightly from samples due to production differences, but all tiles meet strict manufacturing standards.
