why do we round up the qty?

We round up the number of square metres you require to the nearest whole box so you aren’t caught short. Additionally, we recommend ordering 10% extra to allow for wastage when cutting tiles.

online non-Standard orders

  • Online non-standard orders are not eligible for free delivery.
  • Online non-standard orders include delivery to TAS and areas beyond 35 Km from regional stores. When you place your online order, a friendly customer service team member will get back to you within 24 business hours with the additional online delivery fees that may apply for your order.
  • Online non-standard orders include any order that is greater than 1 pallet load, natural stone, large format panels and any product with a dimension greater than 1100mm.
  • For online orders containing natural stone free delivery is not eligible and you will be charged $89.
  • For online orders containing large format panels size 2400x800 - For Metro online order deliveries, you will be charged $300. For Regional online order deliveries, you will be charged $1,000.
  • For online orders containing large format panels size 3200x1600 - For Metro online order deliveries, you will be charged $700. For Regional online order deliveries, you will be charged $2,000.

in-store orders

  • All orders incur a $89 Delivery Fee per pallet.
  • For all other online order postcode and non-standard deliveries please see a customer service team member in store for a delivery quote.
  • Items not included in Standard Delivery are large format panels and any tile with a dimension greater than 1100mm. These items are considered non-standard and will incur an additional pallet space fee.
  • If your item is in stock in your state, it can be available to dispatch within 1-3 days.
  • If your product is a special order item, please allow up to 10 weeks for your order to dispatch.
  • From the time you place your online or instore order, we can store your order for 60 days for free.

National Tiles Sylint Underlay is a high-quality, high-density closed cell foam underlay for use underneath most floating floor types including timber & laminate (our Hybrid Flooring has a pre-adhered backing, eliminating the need for additional underlay).

 

National Tiles Sylint Underlay features a 2mm thickness that provides comfort underfoot, dampens footfall sound and protects against moisture and water absorption with its closed-cell composition. Sylint Underlay performs excellently in both heated and non-heated floors and is resilient under long term static loads.
