NATIONAL TILES RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
A handling charge of 15% will be charged on the value of all returns and 15% on the full value of all orders cancelled.
It is the purchases responsibility to ensure that their tiler inspects the tiles prior to laying. National Tiles takes no responsibility if the tiles have been laid incorrectly, if tiles with noticeable faults are laid or if the incorrect products have been used.
On return, your item will be inspected, prior to being approved for refund. You will be notified once your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund either to your credit card or via EFT. Refunds under $100.00 may be given within our retail stores.
You will receive the credit within 14 days of National Tiles approving the refund, please note in some cases this time may vary depending your credit card or banks issuer policies.
If you have been sent the wrong product or if the product is faulty then National Tiles will arrange shipping for the return of the goods. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return of items for any other reason.
