Summertime, and the pavin' is easy

It’s summertime and we all know what that means; barbeques, bevvies, boardies and bikinis. Cool breezes on lazy afternoons. Ice cubes clinking in icy cold drinks.
So, if you're planning a patio, designing a deck or revamping a verandah, we've got what you need to find your place in the sun.
With our range of 20mm porcelain pavers, travertine and outdoor tile collections you can easily extend your living spaces to the great outdoors, spruce up the frontage with a winding pathway or transform your backyard into a weekend oasis.
Leave behind those boring and drab concrete slabs. Individually laid pavers follow the movement of the earth, greatly reducing the risk of cracking. And, even if they do, pavers can be easily removed and replaced.
Pavers also look better, can be laid with a minimum 4mm joint and when laid on grass or gravel substrates, don’t require adhesive or grout. Additionally, our collection of 20mm pavers can be raised above ground level or laid on uneven substrates using specialised support and leveling systems which can be ordered from any National Tiles store (lead times apply). The Prosupport system is fully adjustable from a minimum of 35 mm to a maximum of 500 mm and features drainage channels and noise-reducing rubber.
For an elegant provincial outdoor setting where you’ll sip summer wines and wile away the time, try our 12mm French Pattern Travertine or StoneTravertine.
If environmentalism’s your bag, check out our green range of 20mm porcelain pavers. Each of the Toorak, Stone Age and Mineral collections are manufactured using sustainable and eco-friendly practices and processes. So you can recline in style, guilt-free.
Even without using pavers, you can still enjoy the outdoors. To achieve that timber deck you’ve always wanted, check our range of outdoor Timber-look tiles. Made from hardwearing porcelain with a high slip rating, timber-look tiles eliminate the need for constant care and maintenance and look every bit as good as the real thing.
When summer ends and the cooler months arrive, a fire pit made from pavers, an outdoor heater or brazier will ensure you and your family can enjoy the outdoors all year round.
