Online Standard Orders

Online FREE delivery for metro standard orders over $300 in VIC, NSW, SA, and QLD.

All other online standard metro orders have either a pallet delivery fee of $89 or a parcel delivery fee of $10.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and postcode.

Once you place your online order, you will receive an email notification or a phone call from one of our friendly customer service team members within 48 business hours to let you know the date that your order is scheduled for delivery.

Online Non-Standard Orders

Online Non-Standard Orders

Online non-standard orders are not eligible for free delivery.

Online non-standard orders include delivery to TAS and areas beyond 35 Km from regional stores. When you place your online order, a friendly customer service team member will get back to you within 24 business hours with the additional online delivery fees that may apply for your order.

Online non-standard orders include any order that is greater than 1 pallet load, natural stone, large format panels and any product with a dimension greater than 1100mm.

For online orders containing natural stone free delivery is not eligible and you will be charged $89.

For online orders containing large format panels size 2400x800 - For Metro online order deliveries, you will be charged $300. For Regional online order deliveries, you will be charged $1,000.

For online orders containing large format panels size 3200x1600 - For Metro online order deliveries, you will be charged $700. For Regional online order deliveries, you will be charged $2,000.

In-store Orders

All orders incur a $89 Delivery Fee per pallet.

For all other online order postcode and non-standard deliveries please see a customer service team member in store for a delivery quote.

Items not included in Standard Delivery are large format panels and any tile with a dimension greater than 1100mm. These items are considered non-standard and will incur an additional pallet space fee.

If your item is in stock in your state, it can be available to dispatch within 1-3 days.

If your product is a special order item, please allow up to 10 weeks for your order to dispatch.

From the time you place your online or instore order, we can store your order for 60 days for free.

Large Orders

Orders over 200sqm placed in-store or online are subject to availability.
