We’re committed to offering the lowest prices every day. We regularly check our competitor’s pricing to ensure ours are the best in the market. So, if you find a lower priced, identical, in-stock product with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we’ll not only match it, we’ll give it to you for 5% less.

Simply visit your nearest National Tiles location or contact our customer service team with proof of a lower price (print out, catalogue, website link). We’ll verify the price and take off another 5%.

Constraints & Exclusions:

  • The product must be identical, (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, colour)
  • The product must be in-stock and at a lower price with our competitor at the time of the price match request
  • For instore price matching, the price must be advertised in a competitor’s store within a 10km radius
  • For online price matching the product must be available for purchase online
  • The competitors' conditions may apply i.e. location, payment type, freight, delivery etc.
  • We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock
  • Our price match offer excludes commercial/trade or bulk volumes
  • Excludes products that are for sale via auction, stock liquidations or clearance (including eBay, third party sellers and online marketplaces)
  • Excludes club, event or membership offers third party promotions or pricing not available to the general public
  • Excludes special order products
