How It Works

With no qualification period, start accruing points from the minute you join The Trade Club. For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point (i.e. $20 = 20 points). All points accrued can be redeemed at any time (see the current Rewards catalogue). In addition, every 10,000 points (Metro) or 5,000 points (Regional) accrued puts you into the draw for a Major National Prize. National Tiles will offer periodical incentives to double or even triple your points on bonus products.

How To Redeem Points

1. Choose a reward from the current Rewards Catalogue
2. Have your National Tiles Trade Club Membership No. handy
3. Contact the National Tiles Hotline on 1300 TILES (1300 84537)

Your Points Account

Your membership card is linked to your trading account, so every time you spend, you earn points.
Your trading account points total will be calculated at the end of every month.
Your tally of points will be recorded on your monthly statement.

Reward Products may change due to availability, product updates or deletions, in which case National Tiles will endeavour to source similar products of same value.
