  • Assurance that your staff will meet Levels 1 to 7 of our accreditation so that they receive an insight into our product knowledge, selling procedures and intellectual property.
  • Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System electronically tracks all sales leads as well as new and existing client activity.
  • Training is only the beginning. You've heard what we have to say and how our business model works. Feedback is important to us.
  • Every six months, we have a Franchise Meeting which is a great forum to discuss all outstanding matters such as product development, training, marketing, merchandising, etc. Plus we have scheduled one on one meetings twice per year with our Franchisees and all Senior Management.
